Building technology infrastructure
to power legacies
For Organizations
New revenue stream and direct fan interaction. We create a new asset class for sports & entertainment organizations by authenticating and commercializing items worn by athletes and artists.
1.
Before the event (ie, game): NFC tags stamped onto items to be authenticated.
2.
Day of the event: Witness based authentication to assign a record to each tag and to confirm final status of item (worn or issued), there by guaranteeing authenticity 100%.
3.
Day after the event: We update the content within the digital certificate of authenticity. (stats, highlight video, final item status “worn/issued”, etc.)
authentication
How our
authentication works
Combining NFC tags embedded onto the match worn item with an unbroken chain of custody, each carries a unique digital certificate of authenticity with multimedia content. Our NFC tags are applied onto the item before the event, and our team is physically present on-site to associate each tag (and its item) with its record.

CREATING A PRIMARY MARKET
Your own online
auction platform
Designed to help our clients that don’t have the technology or marketing know-how and resources to monetize these authenticated items. We custom build an online auction platform for each organization, focused on offering exclusive products and experiences through auctions. We develop and manage this platform for them.

This is how it works today:
Scan the NFC tag on an item to open the digital certificate of authenticity.
1.
Click on “register your item” link embedded within the digital certificate, which takes them to our online registry.
2.
Create a user or log into the registry.
3.
A populated form will appear with the item’s information. The user has to just click on “register” and the item will appear within his/her dashboard.
4.
Once the NFC tag is scanned again, their name will appear on it.
5.
If they wish to add a photo or video to personalize their digital certificate, they can do it directly from their registry dashboard
6.
Ownership
How our legacy
network works
We are creating a centralized database for lifetime traceability of each authenticated item, serving like a “wiki page” where anyone can see these items and who they are owned by. Through the digital certificates of authenticity that appear when an NFC tag is scanned, people can register the item under their name, transfer ownership over time, and personalize the
digital certificate.

We envision
in the future
A community network around legacy items, where all authenticated items are available to the public. People can claim ownership (through the digital certificates), reach out to other owners if they’re interested in buying the item, upload media content for the public to see, showcase their personal museums (for athletes and artists). It’s like a mix between a Wiki and Facebook.
